Hi,
I just joined the site to download a service manual. After adding the manual to the basket and clicking on the download button, my account has been deducted and the file did not download, (I just got a screen with some random characters at the top). Any ideas?

try to log on again...When you Log out you get that screen your talking about...
i use Firefox and it works great!
In one of the threats on this forum i found this text how to use this site....

If you've really found file you need, for example, http://www.givemefile.net/manuals/digital_foto/panasonic/file/27226.html, then click button Download( Add to cart) (It's stupid button title, I know), link "Download" will appear in right column in block "Private zone", you may click on it. Then, on the next page, you will be informed that bla bla bla - click button "get file", and there you'll see the real file link , click and wait for downloading. that's all. only 4 clicks. It's maybe very long process, but it's for free and it works)
You may refresh balance to starting value next day. "
