Pictures, documents, and multimedia files can be organized by Photo Albums without changing the picture location on disk. You can create Picture Packages that can be sent and received over the internet using E-Mail. Pictures in a package can include descriptions and comments that can be easily received and integrated into another Photo Album. Complete viewing and report capabilites are provided for Photo Albums and Picture Packages. The Microsoft Window Media Player Component is part of the program, so you can play Audiovideo, MP3, and other files supported Windows Media Player. Lists can be made of folders containing different types and categories of files that are quickly located with the click of a button. Files can be located with the Device/Folder/File Explorer with search capabilites. When pictures are found, they are easily added to the current Photo Album or Picture Package.
